Ordering InformationTotal Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied I want you to send the knife back and let me replace it or refund your money. To place an order or obtain any information, our customer service department is available between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Mon. through Fri., and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday (Eastern Time). 24 Hour Fax orders 801-457-7735 You may place your order by Fax at anytime. Just use the enclosed order form. (Be sure to give us your Fax and a day-time phone number in case we need more information.) Orders by Mail Use our order form to place orders by mail. Be sure to include a daytime telephone number in case we have a question about your order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit cards, money orders, cashier's checks, bank drafts, and personal checks imprinted with address (please include driver's license number and issuing state). Please do not send cash or stamps. COD orders not accepted. COD Shipments with Prior Approval Shipping Within the USA Our domestic shipping is mostly done through United Parcel Service. Please allow 10 to 12 days to receive your order. We also make available UPS' Next Day Air delivery and Second Day Air delivery at an extra charge (information on the order form). This means that UPS guarantees Next Day or Second Day delivery once they receive the package from us. UPS service not available to Post Office Box addresses. International Orders Payment All payments must be in U. S. funds, collectible at a U. S. bank. We will return any foreign checks. International money orders are acceptable provided they are in U. S. dollars. Bank cards are preferred for payment (Visa, Discover, or MasterCard). Shipping Please familiarize yourself with your country's import laws and with shipping options before ordering. It is not possible for us to keep up with the laws in all countries. Some knives are illegal in some countries, and may be confiscated by customs. We assume no liability for confiscated items, for customs duties or for non-insurable items. Foreign mail is not insurable in many instances; we ship at your risk and are not liable. We ship international orders through the U. S. Postal Service, unless otherwise requested. (International UPS is available.) Each time you place an order you must give us instructions as to how you want your order shipped. Canada & Mexico (See shipping costs on front of order form.) Outside North America (Minimum order is $100.00) Due to increase in Shipping costs, ALL International or Overseas Shipments will be billed shipping charges at actual cost.
